Email Marketing for Remodeling Companies

A low-effort channel most remodelers leave completely unused.

Most remodelers never build an email list at all, which means every past client and every quote that didn't close becomes a one-time interaction instead of an ongoing relationship. A simple email list - even a small one - is one of the cheapest channels available for staying top of mind for referrals and repeat work.

The highest-value use isn't a newsletter nobody reads; it's a handful of automated sequences: a nurture sequence for quotes that didn't close ("still thinking about that kitchen? here's what changed since we last talked"), and a periodic check-in to past clients that makes referring you easy ("know someone renovating? here's a link to send them").

This doesn't need to be sophisticated to work. A simple, personal-sounding email a few times a year from past clients and un-closed quotes consistently outperforms doing nothing, and it costs close to nothing to run once it's set up.
