The Real ROI of a Remodeling Website

Running the numbers on what a properly built site is actually worth.

A remodeling website's ROI comes down to a simple equation: how many additional quote requests does it generate per month, multiplied by your close rate, multiplied by your average job value, minus what the site cost to build and run. For most remodelers, even a modest lift - two or three extra qualified requests a month - pays for a $2,000–$3,000 site build within the first quarter.

The bigger, less obvious ROI driver isn't the site itself, it's what the site enables: a place for Google Business Profile traffic to land and convert, a destination for review links, and the foundation local SEO is built on. A great site with no traffic underperforms; a mediocre site that ranks and gets found still generates leads.

The honest caveat: a website alone, without a plan to drive traffic to it and follow up with the leads it generates, tends to underperform its potential badly. The ROI conversation should really be about the system the site sits inside, not the site as an isolated purchase.
